By accessing or using the Seesaw application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and comply with Google's Generative AI Prohibited Use Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Privacy and Data Handling

Your use of Seesaw is also governed by our Privacy Policy. As a "Local-First" application, Seesaw does not store your diary entries on external servers. You maintain complete ownership and responsibility for the data stored locally on your device.

3. AI Usage & Quota

Seesaw operates by securely utilizing the Gemini API quota assigned directly to your personal Google account. We are not responsible for any service interruptions, API rate limits, or functionality losses caused by your personal quota limits or Google's API availability.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Seesaw is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. AI-generated content (such as diary analysis or comments) is for supportive and entertainment purposes only. We provide no guarantees regarding the absolute accuracy, reliability, or appropriateness of AI-generated responses.

5. Limitation of Liability & Backups

Because Seesaw stores data entirely locally on your device (SQLite), you are solely responsible for creating your own data backups. We shall not be held liable for any data loss, device failure, or accidental deletion of your diary entries.
